Betty R. Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Biotechnology, College of Medicine, Tzu Chi University. She earned her PhD in Life Science and Biotechnology from National Dong Hwa University. Her primary research interests centre on issues of drug and nanomaterial delivery systems based on cell-penetrating peptides. She is devoted to the applications of cell-penetrating peptides, including gene deliveries and therapies, pharmaceutical transdermal system, and quantum dots internalizations.
